SPA CITY PALETTEERS met today in Desert Hot Springs at Corkhill Palms Mobilehome Park. Our president called the meeting to order and after the business was taken care of and dues collected for the new year, the project of the day was Art Trading Cards. Watercolor was the main media but other things were used for a 3D affect. Above are some of the members present and a sampling of the cards.
