After the luncheon 3 of us ladies went for a walk around the grounds. Beautiful grounds, pools, stained glass windows etc.  Marjorie stuck her foot in the water along one of the pathways and hopped out fast.....hot hot hot!!

ART SHOW WINNERS: Congratulations to each artist who entered paintings for the March 14th Art Show and Mayors Award Paintings.  Unlike American Idol where there can only be one winner, each of you truly were winners with all of the fifty-six  beautiful paintings.  A special Thank You for the Sale and Purchase of Tickets, Purchase of Silent Auction items, Raffle Tickets and all who assisted at each of the Stations and the 28 entries for the Mayors Awards. 

FINAL MEETING OF THE 2012 SEASON:

Join us Weds. April 18th, 2012, 9:30 a.m. at Corkill Palms 17640 Corkhill Road, Desert Edge, off of Dillon Road.  The Program will be HISTORY OF A RUSSIAN MASTER ARTIST, the final of our"History Comes Alive Through Art"Theme for this Season.  Artist, Sculptor Dan Redmon will present the program and invites you to implement the techniques from the program by bringing two or three photographs (preferably 5x7 or 8x10) of some of your own paintings for a special critique. Bring your notebook and pen for some special notes.  The Refreshments will honor the April Birthdays of Rose Marie Chorney, Rosanne Glassberg, Adrienne McLaughlin, Denise Placek, and the May Birthdays of Alba Rosada, Shirley Miller, and Laverne Manderscheid.   Join us for the Friendship Member and Guest Luncheon, following the Program.
